Meredith R. Theisen
Career Highlights
Ms. Theisen practices in the area of bankruptcy, debtors and creditors’ rights, state court receiverships and commercial litigation. Ms. Theisen has represented individuals, businesses, and creditors in Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, out of court debt restructuring, receivership actions and litigation matters. She has served as counsel to individuals and businesses reorganizing in Chapter 11 cases or liquidating in complex Chapter 7 cases. She also has extensive experience in representing bankruptcy trustees.
Ms. Theisen is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, currently serving as the Secretary for the Executive Committee of the Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Section.
