Rubin & Levin is thrilled to announce the promotion of attorney Matt Barr to partner in the firm.  Matt joined Rubin & Levin in 2017 after several years of general practice in Brown County, IN.  He currently practices in areas of debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy, bank representation, and probate administration.  Matt holds degrees from Indiana University and has been named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine.
