Partner Chris Hickey served on the Indiana Supreme Court’s Civil Litigation Taskforce. Formed in January of 2021, the Taskforce spent over a year studying the Indiana trial rules and civil litigation procedures employed here and in several other states.  Their work culminated in a 198-page report submitted to the Supreme Court with recommendations for streamlining case management, discovery, service and other components of civil litigation. Following presentation to the five Justices by several Taskforce members, the report in its entirety was published by the Court on June 22, 2022 and is available here.
