For more than four decades we have provided legal business counsel and representation to large and small businesses and individual clients. Our primary practice is focused on business transactions, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, litigation, foreclosure, real estate, receiverships, and secured transactions. Our attorneys also serve as bankruptcy trustees, receivers and as counsel to bankruptcy trustees and receivers in Indiana and multi-state bankruptcy and receivership proceedings.

Collections & Creditors’ Rights

Our collections and creditors’ rights practices are focused on protecting creditors’ rights and maximizing recoveries. We are adept at locating and foreclosing upon assets, including out-of-state assets. We continuously implement efficiencies to help drive down legal fees. Bankruptcy & Trustee Representation

We represent creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings. Our team is experienced in identifying, researching, and litigating the issues that are often critical for clients that are debtors in business bankruptcy cases, creditors or trustees. Several of our attorneys routinely serve as trustees; with this experience we developed extensive bankruptcy management practices.

Real Estate & Business Transactions

We represent lenders, developers, construction companies, purchasers, and sellers in all types of business and real estate matters, including business formation, financing, loan preparation and structure, security, surety, and bond matters, foreclosure, and purchase and sales agreements. We additionally advise and represent businesses in a wide variety of transactions that are critical to advancing business interests.

Community Impact & Involvement

We believe strongly in community service. Our attorneys and professionals are involved in a wide variety of professional, civic, and charitable endeavors. We believe that lawyers who are sensitive to the needs of the community are also sensitive to the needs of their clients.

Through our commitment to excellence, the Rubin & Levin family has had a significant impact in our legal and local community. As a firm, we have established a quarterly “Day of Caring.” We close our office for a partial or complete day and as a group all attorneys and staff participate in a volunteer program. To date we have volunteered at HVAF of Indiana, Inc., Blessings in a Backpack, Wheeler Mission, Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, and just recently at Random Acts of Flowers.
